Ask, Seek, Knock

Our dear brother and fellow church member, Rod Rivera, is battling stage 4 prostate cancer. We prayed for him on a Sunday, but now we’re asking you to come pray for him in-person. Next Tuesday we’re setting aside time in our Prayer Service to intercede on his behalf. Come and lift your voice to the One who can sustain our friend’s faith and his body.

A Neighborhood Run Club

Members of our church are part of Old Towne Joggers, a local beginner-friendly running group for our neighbhorhood. They’re currently considering a change to the day and time of their weekly run and could use your feedback! Take a minute to fill out this survey. They need to know when is the best time for you and when is the best time for most of our neighbors.

The Spirit Works Through Us

Our pastors are headed away on their annual retreat this month and need your help. Each year they wrestle through a theme and this year the theme is "How can we lead our church to reach more neighbors?"

Our ambition is to spread the joy of Jesus to every Californian.

Help them by sending your thoughts and ideas. Big or small. Things we should keep doing and things we've never done before: changes to how we gather on Sundays, opportunities in our city, and investments in our future. They can't promise to do everything, but we believe everyone has a part to play. Let's ask God to bless us with new opportunities to be salt and light in our community.

House of Hope

The House of Hope is a great place to give your time, energy, and kindness to our neighbors. We’re there on Wednesdays to serve a meal, build relationships with the residents, and play games with the kids. The more church members who join, the merrier.
